I provide outsourced business counsel legal guidance and services to new businesses and small-mid-sized companies who need legal matters handled, but do not have a full-time in-house counsel or legal department, to manage legal risks. For example; a huge and costly legal risk for a company is any type of dispute or litigation. Although my services do not include litigation they do help a company avoid certain disputes and litigation. This is because having an ongoing relationship with the business enables me to understand and have a full picture of past actions and future needs, as they may pertain to the resolution of a variety of potential dispute or litigation scenarios, which translates into substantial time and cost savings to the company.
